Why Families May Appreciate It
Sometimes the best community events are the ones that give families a reason to simply show up and enjoy themselves while also creating opportunities for connection.
This Trunk or Treat combines familiar fall activities with something a little different: fluffy Highland cows, a community ranch, and the opportunity to connect with a local disability advocacy organization.
For families in Hancock County and surrounding communities, it also offers a chance to learn more about local disability resources without making the event solely about services or advocacy. There is plenty of room for costumes, candy, animals, and just having a fun afternoon together.
