Who they are: Aqua-Tots Swim Schools North Indianapolis is a premier swim instruction facility. Founded by Jake and Lindsay Thayer, who were inspired by their daughter's positive experience with Aqua-Tots, the school is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn swimming and water safety skills.
What they do: At Aqua-Tots, we believe that EVERY child deserves the chance to learn how to swim, for their safety and for their parent's peace of mind. We offer small group lesson classes (4:1) and private lessons, depending on the environment that your child needs. We also offer S.N.A.P classes; Students Needing Adaptive Programming (S.N.A.P.) classes create private lessons tailored to your child’s special needs and abilities. S.N.A.P. classes may serve children who have been diagnosed with behavioral, developmental, learning, medical or mental disabilities. In this class, your child will work on pre-determined goals, which may include: increasing motor function, improving balance, coordination & range of motion, building self-confidence, gaining comfort in the water and in a cohesive social environment, and developing spatial awareness.
