Thank You for Making the First-Ever Sensory in Indy a Success!
What a month! We are filled with immense gratitude after wrapping up the inaugural Sensory in Indy celebration—an event that highlighted sensory-friendly spaces, neurodivergent joy, and the power of community connection across Central Indiana. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to what will surely become a beloved tradition in our area.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to every individual, family, venue, and business that participated, shared our mission, and helped make this first year so special. Your support was the fuel that powered the success of the Sensory in Indy events throughout April. Whether you attended a celebration party, participated in a sensory-friendly experience, or spread the word, you played a crucial role in creating an environment where everyone—regardless of ability—could feel seen, heard, and included.
We’re proud to have launched this event with such a vibrant, supportive group of people and businesses. We’ve only just begun, and thanks to your collective energy, it won’t be the last. As we reflect on this inaugural year, we’re already thinking bigger and dreaming of how we can grow Sensory in Indy in the years to come. We look forward to expanding the event, reaching more families, and deepening our impact in creating more inclusive spaces throughout our community.
Special thanks go out to our incredible partners and sponsors who truly brought this event to life:
